AutoKroy   -

is a complex solution of the tasks of automation of design and technological preparation of women’s, men’s and children’s clothes, including special clothes and uniforms made of textile and knitted fabrics. By its functional and intellectual capacities, the automation level it excels the well-known analogues, including ones supplied to CIS from abroad.
 
We offer the following automated design systems of AutoKroy family:

AutoKroy   - for design of women’s clothes made of textile for  typical and individual figures;
AutoKroy-T - for design of women’s clothes made of knitted fabrics for  typical and individual figures;
AutoKroy-М - for design of men’s clothes made of textile for  typical and individual figures (trousers);
AutoKroy-D – for design of children’s clothes made of textile for typical figures of boys and girls;
AutoKroy-DT – for design of children’s clothes made of knitted fabrics and coupons for typical figures of boys and girls;

 Every software product (system) consists of five main sub-systems:

 Basic structures;

 Structural modeling;

 Technical multiplication;

 Tolerances for seams;

 Apportion.

       Every system only includes its respective subsystem “Basic structures”, rest subsystems are invariant. All subsystems possess powerful intellectual interface by providing easy mastering and operation. 

      The subsystem  “Basic structures” provides intellectual aid to the designer in resolving the most responsible task – provision of the basis of design of the future article. Design of basic structures is carried out with account of technological features of clothes (knitted fabrics) in the automation mode according to universal methods tested in operation and guaranteeing good fit on a figure. 

      The subsystem “Structural modeling” is intended for modification of the basic structures, and it provides practically unlimited opportunities for the designer in development of model designs of any complexity. It has flexible and powerful tools of structural modeling, owing to which there is no necessity in digitizing, and quantity of the required automated working places is reduced due to high productivity  of the design process as compared with  other systems. The subsystem is invariant for children’s, men’s and women’s clothes. There are no analogues.
 
      The subsystem “Technical multiplication” provides automatic construction of templates for all sizes, tallness and corpulence groups.

      The subsystem “Tolerances for seams” provides highly precise construction of tolerances for seams and bending in the automatic mode, and it allows to arrange any allowance depending on structural intention, sequence and method of technological  procession, as well as to perform, if necessary, adjustment of the formerly arranged tolerances at individual parts or sections. 

     The subsystem  “Apportion” makes it possible to quickly and efficiently create apportions in the interactive mode, and it is provided with the required  set of functional tools.

The outlet subsystem  is intended for transfer to a printer:
• of reference information (features of the structure, basic inlet and estimated parameters, tolerances);
• of tables of calculation of main structural sections;
• of specifications;
• of templates and apportions in scale and in the natural value for any standard imported plotter.

Subsystem of introduction and gradation  of imported templates 
carries out:
• introduction of templates in  DXF format and rules of their gradation in the electronic form;
• automatic technical multiplication by the rules  of gradation of the country – manufacturer of templates;
provides:
• adjustment (application/removal of the base thread and incisions, contour transformation, division of parts, etc.);
• apportion of templates in the interactive mode.

Archive of models  has the original structure, which is transparent for the user. In the archive each model can be identified not only by the name, but also by a technical pattern or a digital photo.

 

As a graphic editor of drawings  any editor may be used: from the simplest (for example, Paint) to so powerful as Photoshop.
